1. Acceptance

By using Peervia you agree to these terms. If you use Peervia on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.

2. What Peervia provides

Peervia surfaces observed, publicly available marketing signals and benchmarks derived from data you connect. Insights are informational, provided “as is”, and are not guarantees of any outcome. Nothing here is legal, financial, or professional advice.

3. Acceptable use

Don’t use Peervia to break the law, infringe intellectual property, or attempt to access data you’re not entitled to. Don’t resell the raw dataset without a written agreement.

4. Your data & connections

You retain ownership of the data in your connected accounts. You grant us a limited license to process it to provide the service. You can revoke access and delete your account at any time.

5. Competitor content

We show derived analytics and thumbnails of publicly observable marketing for commentary and benchmarking, not pixel-perfect republication. Rights holders may request removal at privacy@peervia.io.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Peervia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the prior 12 months.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date.
